Susan was everything anyone could ever want in a real estate agent. She was always available by text or phone and always answered immediately. She met us at the house so many times, often with little notice. She helped us every step of the way. Susan also provided us with excellent referrals to painters, plumbers, inspectors, and more. As important as her knowledge, skills, and attention to every detail, was her positive attitude. Not once did we ever feel that we were bothering her or taking up her time. It was clear that she cared and truly enjoyed her job helping people find their dream home. My husband and I drove away from Claremont, California last Thursday afternoon to move to Peoria, Illinois in our new car and new trailer after thirty-nine years of living in our cherished town. What a balancing act from purchasing the new mode of transportation to selling our home to buying a new one in Peoria.
